Soul Leadership Journey is an immersive journey for leaders that leads you from discovering your Soul Mission, to clarifying your Vision how to live your Soul Mission and finally Manifesting this Vision in your life and work. 

If you are a manager or leader of a team or organization, perhaps you have wondered what it would be like if the people in your team and organization could feel heart-and-soul connected to where your organization stands and what it does. 

Whether in teams or organizations, change begins within individuals. In fact, it starts with you! Discovering who you truly are, what your unique gift is to the world, connecting head, heart and hands, transforming ways of thinking and beliefs, clarifying goals and visions, setting clear intentions and taking the first concrete step, followed by the next step and the next step… All of this makes substantial progress possible and unlocks the potential of both yourself, the people you work with, and the organization.

In the Soul Leadership Journey, you discover the inseparable relationship between yourself and the world around you. As you expand your awareness and explore hidden possibilities, your growing awareness spills out into your teams and organization. And change starts to happen.

Practical information

The Soul Leadership Journey has 3 stages:

Stage 1: Soul Mission workshop. Dates: September 2022, 27, 28 and 29, 3 – 6 pm CET

Stage 2: Life Vision workshop. Dates: November 2022, 23 and 24, 3 – 6 pm CET

Stage 3: Manifestation Wheel workshop. Dates: March 2023, 7, 9, 21 and 23, 2 – 6 pm CET

• All workshops are virtual via Zoom.
• You can either sign up for the whole journey or for parts of the journey. Each workshop can also be joined as ‘stand alone’. However, we recommend emerging yourself into the whole journey.
• The journey consists of live online classes, integration calls, and integrates theory and practical application.
• An intake call before the 1st workshop is part of the journey.
• An accountability system is embedded throughout the program via peer to peer support.
• Personal guidance by the trainers.

Your guides on this journey are Paolo Morley-Fletcher and Caroline Veerman. Both are personally trained and mentored by Alan Seale, the founder and creator of the workshops Soul Mission, Life Vision and Manifestation Wheel.
