This is a privacy statement from FERJA, Transformational Coaching & Development, established in Geffen.
FERJA is convinced that the protection of personal data is essential for its activities. That is why we want to provide you with clear and transparent information in this privacy statement about the way in which we collect and process personal data, as well as the method of protection and the purposes for which this personal data is used.
We may use personal data to contact you about and provide services in relation to our core business, as well as other issues related to FERJA services. Furthermore, the information can be used to manage and improve our website (including analyzing data related to the use of our website), as well as for other purposes as stated in this privacy statement.
1. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
1.1 FERJA processes (possibly) personal data of you if you:

make a request for further information about the services that FERJA provides;

the training, coaching or customized product that is put together for you;

other data of importance for the training, coaching or customized product.

(d) to handle the financial administration.
1.4 General visitor data is recorded on the website.
In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, the possible user name on that computer, the time of retrieval and data sent by a visitor’s browser, can be registered and used for statistical analyzes of visit and click behavior on the website. We try to anonymize these data as much as possible. This information is not provided to third parties. We also monitor where visitors visit the website for the first time and from which page they depart. We keep this information anonymous and is not linked to other personal information.
1.5 All information you provide, whether electronic, oral or written, will be treated confidentially by FERJA.

3. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA AND USE OF COOKIES
FERJA will only use your data for the purposes stated in this privacy statement and will not store it for longer than necessary.
3.1 FERJA will take adequate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The data is only accessible to a limited number of people who have been given specific rights to consult the systems and use the personal data. They are required to keep the personal data confidential.
3.2 Visitors have the option of navigating to external websites from our website. When the visitor selects the option to view the content of these websites, they navigate away from the FERJA website to that other web site. Various cookies may be used when you visit those other websites. FERJA is not responsible for cookies that are used on those other websites.
4. DATA LEAK
4.1 If there is a data leak with the risk of serious adverse consequences for the personal data, this will be reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You will be notified by email within 7 working days of a suspicion of a data leak.
4.2 A data leak is the unlawful (ie without the permission of the relevant companies or governmental authorities) gaining access to, changing, destroying, processing or in any way disclosing personal data.
5. THIRD PARTIES
5.1 With the exception of what is stated in this privacy statement and the other paragraphs of this article, FERJA will not provide the personal data that we collect from you to third parties, unless you have given your explicit permission for this or FERJA is obliged to do so by law or a court ruling.
5.2 The third parties referred to in this article only use the data for the purpose for which they are intended.
